Antilles Coffee is roasted in the clean environment that is the New England area of New South Wales, No Pollution. We use hand picked Mountain Grown Coffee beans of the highest quality/grade. These Beans are sourced from the finest coffee growing regions of the world. Africa, India, central & south America and the Pacific region.
After selecting the highest quality beans possible, they are "traditionally Drum roasted" to allow the full flavours and aroma's of the coffee beans to develop. The roasting process is stopped before the beans show any signs of charring, thus ensuring a beautiful caramelised flavours and no bitterness end up in the final cup. All our coffees are Traditionally ‘Drum Roasted’ which allows for very precise temperature/time controls, so the beans can develop their optimum flavours.
