Free In House Training
Antilles Coffee wishes to ensure that the coffee is prepared and served as well as possible. As part of our wholesale customer focus we provide in house training free of charge.
If you have been making coffee the same way for many years then you need to have some up to date preparation techniques shown to you. Much has changed in the recent past. Coffee is the fast growing industry on the planet, and you are probably not utilising your potential to the fullest. It costs absolutly no more to make a great tasing coffee that will have customers coming back time and time again, than it does to make unpleasant muck that will drive customers away.
Many "trained Baristas" have no idea and are costing their employers valued customers. It is amazing how many coffee outlets do a very poor job of preparing espresso coffee. Unfortunately many establishments don't know that they don't know what they are doing wrong or have had training from out of date coffee providers. Customers today are very discerning when it comes to coffee, and are becoming more so through education, travel etc. You are probably missing out on valuable trade and are not aware that people avoid your establishment because of the poor quality coffee. Equipment Assistance
We have access to a large range of quality espresso equipment both new and used at very competitive prices. If you need advice or assistance with equipment don't hesitate to ask. We also have a few spare machine to get our customers out of trouble in emergencies.
Free on Loan Espresso Equipment
Yes we can provide equipment on loan (free of charge). This arrangement would be negotiated on an individual basis, there are minimum purchase requirements to take advantage of this service. Contact us via the contact page and we will discuss your requirements.

So if you have an event, fundraiser or an outside job you need extra equipment for the Antilles cart is available. The cart is self contained, has a 2 group espresso machine and grinder, fridge and is on a trailer. If you have a smaller event there is a one group cart also available.
